Life360 Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing use of the life360 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the life360 platform on any device or web browser, you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the platform.
Continued use of the life360 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. life360 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and they take effect immediately upon publication on this site.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including unregistered visitors, registered users, and any party accessing life360 content or services through any channel.
2. Account Creation & Security
User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the life360 platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Registration Details
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are prohibited from registering under a false identity, using another person's details, or holding more than one active account at any time.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.
Identity Verification
Life360 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the life360 platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the platform's systems.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party in any form.
- Using the platform for any activities related to money laundering or the financing of illegal operations.
- Spreading false, deceptive, or misleading information about the life360 platform to the public.
- Exploiting any technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unauthorised advantage.
Any breach of these rules may result in immediate account termination, and life360 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the life360 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.
Deposit
All deposits are final once confirmed. life360 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers such as banks or e-wallets. Users are advised to use only payment methods registered in their own name.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established verification procedures. life360 reserves the right to request proof of identity before approving any withdrawal. For security purposes, withdrawals will only be processed to the same bank account or payment method used for the deposit.
Unauthorised Transactions
If any suspicious or unrecognised transactions are detected, users must report them to the life360 support team promptly. Failure to report within a reasonable timeframe may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the issue.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Life360 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses resulting from betting decisions. The platform is provided "as is" without any implied or express warranties.
Account Suspension & Closure
Life360 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or at the absolute discretion of platform management. Any legitimate balance remaining in an account closed for non-fraudulent reasons will be returned to the user in accordance with the established procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the life360 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of life360 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, reproducing, or exploiting any content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The life360 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. life360 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Life360 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the life360 platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
